Online Order Process

1. Customer may visit our website at , Instagram account @kathyandkathybespoke or Facebook account at Kathy and Kathy Bespoke to make an inquiry about a particular product.

2. Kathy and Kathy and the customer will agree on the job order and pricing. The following information will be collected from the customer- Name, Billing Information, Email Address, Contact Number, and preferred Delivery Address.

3. Kathy and Kathy Bespoke will send an Order Form, which includes basic information of the customer, product description of the item, a mock-up or sample photo of the item and the agreed price for the client to review.

4. Upon approval of the Order Form, Kathy and Kathy Bespoke will make a request for a 50% down payment based on the total amount indicated. This will confirm production of the item or reservation of loose materials. The customer may settle the amount through the following options:

a.) Bank deposit or online transfer in BPI or BDO.
b.) Kathy and Kathy Bespoke will send a payment link for the customer to input credit card details.

5. Upon verification of the 50% down payment, Kathy and Kathy Bespoke will start the production of the item. The remaining balance will be due for payment once production has been completed and prior to delivery.

6. Upon confirmation of full payment, item will be packaged and scheduled for delivery via messenger or courier shipping depending on the location indicated in the Order Form.

7. A post sale communication will be made to determine customer satisfaction and feedback on efficiency of service.
