Shipping and Delivery

Upon verification of full payment, item is delivered door to door through our messenger or courier depending on location and is free of charge. Items for pick up will be available at the Kathy and Kathy Bespoke Showroom located at the G/F Unit 103 Metrostar Bldg. Metropolitan Avenue, Makati.

Kathy and Kathy Bespoke does not ship orders on a Sunday or holidays. The following holidays are observed:
• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day
• Holy Week
• All Saints Day and All Souls Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

International Shipping:
We ship via Fedex and all rates are based on estimate computation depending on delivery address/location.

RETURNS

Due to the finality of your purchase, please note all measurements and details of your order before payment. We are here to help and will be more than happy to talk you through everything before making a purchase. Please send us an email at inquire@kathyandkathybespoke.com with any prior questions or concerns. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at inquire@kathyandkathybespoe.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

REPAIRS

Items purchased from Kathy and Kathy Bespoke
For all repair inquiries, please email inquire@kathyandkathybespoke.com. Please include your name, contact number, description of the repair required and photo of the damage.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will inform you of the shipping instructions. Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email or message as soon as it ships.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
